Hence, intake of this vitamin B5 supplements can play a crucial role to alleviate and clear up acne. Alternative therapies for acne have become the order of the day and one of them is the use of D calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5).
Acne is the result of hyperactive oil (sebaceous) glands that causes overproduction of sebum (oil). The sebaceous glands that are present on the face, chest, back and shoulder produce excess sebum that clogs the skin pores, allowing the bacteria to get trapped inside. This, eventually, leads to the formation of pimples and blackheads. Overproduction of sebum is the major reason behind the development of acne.

Although, vitamin B5 is known to be the best acne treatment, don't expect it to cure acne within a week or two. The affected skin will show remarkable improvement, only when this form of treatment is taken for a period of 2-3 months. The use of vitamin B5 supplements have been extremely beneficial for acne sufferers, as many of them have shown significant improvement in their skin condition. One will have to take as many as 6 capsules per day, for the first month, to accelerate the healing process. Thereafter 3 capsules per day.

to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Our courier
service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm. Our Courier
partners aim to deliver from date of dispatch to central areas in South Africa
within 2-10 business days or to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12
business days.
You will receive a tracking email with a tracking link as
soon as your items have been booked with the couriers. Please check your Spam
Folder as some emails might land there.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure you have the correct Shipping/Delivery Address
& Street Postal Code when placing your order. We do not take any
responsibility for incorrect shipping/delivery addresses. We do not deliver to a PO Box Postal Code or
Address.
DAMAGE IN DELIVERY
Any visible damages must be reported within 48 Hours of
signed waybill. MiMovement.com will not accept responsibility for any damages
not reported within this time frame.
Please make sure you or the person accepting the order on
your behalf opens the package and inspect its contents for breakages or damage.
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. Should you wish to
exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7 calendar days,
we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of
shipping both ways). NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ACCEPTED MEAL PLANS or TRAINING
PACKAGES AT MIM GYM. We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 7 calender
days and the matter will be considered as closed.

original packaging.
