HOW WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE
If you have ordered multiple items, these may arrive in separate deliveries with separate tracking emails.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form or give an OTP sent to the cellphone number given on order, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered on that waybill.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
MiMovement.com uses an economy door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm. Our Courier partners aim to deliver from date of dispatch to central areas in South Africa within 2-10 business days or to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days.
You will receive a tracking email with a tracking link as soon as your items have been booked with the couriers. Please check your Spam Folder as some emails might land there.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure you have the correct Shipping/Delivery Address & Street Postal Code when placing your order. We do not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping/delivery addresses. We do not deliver to a PO Box Postal Code or Address.
DAMAGE IN DELIVERY
Any visible damages must be reported within 48 Hours of signed waybill. MiMovement.com will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame.
Please make sure you or the person accepting the order on your behalf opens the package and inspect its contents for breakages or damage.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. Should you wish to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7 calendar days, we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of shipping both ways).
Specify the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returns must clearly be marked with your name and original order details and need to be sent to the following address:
Unit 1, Marigold way, Office block: 707 Boulevard, Vredekloof, Brackenfell, Cape Town, 7560.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ACCEPTED MEAL PLANS or TRAINING PACKAGES AT MIM GYM. We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days and the matter will be considered as closed.

STEPS TO TAKE
Prior to returning your product, please send an email to info@mimovement.com. Our customer care team will provide you with all relevant guidelines to proceed with the return (e.g. delivery process).
The following terms must be met: If a product is stale or past expiration date. For any products, All accessories must be included and in original packaging.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Items that was bought on sale or with a discount coupon upon checkout incl but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals.
- Meal Plans
- Training Packages at MiMovement Gym
- Gift Cards
- When is Product was used more than once
- Any shipping fees associated with the order
