The self-adhesive electrodes used with the Compex EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) device are an integral part of the system. These electrodes are designed to deliver electrical impulses to the targeted muscles, facilitating muscle contraction and stimulation.
Here's how self-adhesive electrodes are used with the Compex EMS device:
- Placement on Muscle Groups: The electrodes are typically placed on specific muscle groups, as guided by the product manual or electrode placement guide. The positioning of the electrodes depends on the targeted muscles and the desired training effect.
- Adhesive Surface: The electrodes have a self-adhesive surface that adheres directly to the skin. The adhesive allows the electrodes to securely attach to the skin's surface, ensuring good contact and efficient transmission of electrical impulses.
- Electrical Conduction: The self-adhesive electrodes act as conductors for the electrical current delivered by the Compex EMS device. When the device is activated, the electrical impulses generated by the device pass through the electrodes and into the muscles, causing muscle contractions.
- Reusability and Maintenance: The self-adhesive electrodes are typically designed for multiple uses, depending on the manufacturer's instructions. After each session, it's important to properly clean and store the electrodes to maintain their adhesive properties and longevity.
- Electrode Replacement: Over time, the adhesive properties of the electrodes may wear off, impacting their ability to adhere properly to the skin. When the adhesion becomes insufficient, it is recommended to replace the electrodes with new ones to ensure optimal performance and comfort during the EMS sessions.

HOW WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE
If you have ordered multiple items, these may arrive in
separate deliveries with separate tracking emails.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form or
give a OTP Pin send to the cellphone number given on order, in which you
confirm that the product(s) was delivered on that waybill.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
MiMovement.com uses an economy door to door courier service
to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Our courier
service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm. Our Courier
partners aim to deliver from date of dispatch to central areas in South Africa
within 2-10 business days or to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12
business days.
You will receive a tracking email with a tracking link as
soon as your items have been booked with the couriers. Please check your Spam
Folder as some emails might land there.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure you have the correct Shipping/Delivery Address
& Street Postal Code when placing your order. We do not take any
responsibility for incorrect shipping/delivery addresses. We do not deliver to a PO Box Postal Code or
Address.
DAMAGE IN DELIVERY
Any visible damages must be reported within 48 Hours of
signed waybill. MiMovement.com will not accept responsibility for any damages
not reported within this time frame.
Please make sure you or the person accepting the order on
your behalf opens the package and inspect its contents for breakages or damage.
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. Should you wish to
exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7 calendar days,
we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of
shipping both ways). NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ACCEPTED MEAL PLANS or TRAINING
PACKAGES AT MIM GYM. We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 7 calender
days and the matter will be considered as closed.

STEPS TO TAKE
Prior to returning your product, please send an email to info@mimovement.com.
Our customer care team will provide you with all relevant guidelines to proceed
with the return (e.g. delivery process).
The following terms must be met: If a product is stale or
past expiration date. For any equipment All accessories must be included and in
original packaging.

- Items that was bought on sale or with a discount coupon upon
checkout incl but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. - Meal Plans

- Gift Cards
- When is Product was used more than once
- Any shipping fees associated with the order
